In this AW 2011/12 collection, hard white softens a landscape of grey pastel stones. The candid sky seems shy, although provoking layers of pigmented lights. Pale green and discrete rose shine on satin, while petrol blues almost fall into deep greens.

PERRET SCHAAD are obsessed with questioning themselves about contrasts and originative coherence in their conception of colors, fabrics and pattern cutting. They study technical surfaces in plastic lagoon and pretentious red tones, confronting the to the natural and fine touch of wools and rich silks in a pastel palette.

The designers work the cutting and the draping to bring forms into sculpture and fluidity. They challenge volumes and lines, using simplicity with delicacy and insolence.

PERRET SCHAAD contemplate modesty with ambition. They require the finest quality, finding it in innovation as well as in tradition.

The aesthetic of PERRET SCHAAD s AW 2011/12 collection is uncomplicated, the cutting recherché, the garments dialogue between harmony and contradiction.
PERRET SCHAAD garments empower the wearer to express their own vision and celebrate uniqueness.

Last January 2010 PERRET SCHAAD have been presenting the result of their first collaboration at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Berlin. Responding to a great feedback from the international press and an increasing demand for their designs, PERRET SCHAAD’s first collection will soon be available in shops in Tokyo, Seoul, Hong-Kong, New York and Berlin.

With the support of the Senate of Berlin the duos second collection is to be discovered this July 2010 at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Berlin.
Combining their individual vision and experiences gained at studios such as GivenchyHaute Couture and Prêt-à-Porter, Gaspard Yurkievich and Swash they created PERRET SCHAAD.

The label’s line is defined by the differences and similarities within the duo. PERRET SCHAAD’s ideas and creativity result in quality designs. The game between «Savoir-Faire » and Avantgardism aims to inspire a certain consciousness and elegant nonchalence to the wearers.

A sunset seen through an airplane window inspires the collection’s palette, coming alive between deep blues, pastels, sorbets and aquarelles of chemical neon.
The PERRET SCHAAD S/S 2011 collection embraces colour and calm, volume and line, fluidity and structure, tradition and experimentation. The dualistic process harmonizes to create the uncompromised PERRET SCHAAD aesthetic, affording the wearer a feeling of both classic and cool.
